ＣＫＤのはんだ印 検査機 ＶＰ３０００シリーズは、はんだ付け状態を様々な項目からチェックできる3次元のインライン検査システムです。平均高さ、印刷されたクリームはんだの体積、位置ずれ、ブリッジ、また「かすみ」や「ねじれ」など欠陥部分が検査対象項目となっています。この検査システムはプロジェクターを用いて被写体に縞模様の光を放射し、その模様の変化を被写体に直角に備え付けられたCCDカメラでそのパターンの変化を読み取ります。この方法を用いる事で、検査時間を短縮できる上、8ミクロンまでの高い計測精度や繰り返し精度で微細パッド検査が可能です。ＶＰ３０００シリーズはタッチパネル式で、組み込みソフトウェアを使い、テクスチャーマッピング表示やグラデーション表示により、生画像をはんだ形状でより実態に近い形で表示することができます。
検査が完了すると不良パッド画像が表示され、オペレーターはタッチパネルを使っての分析が可能となります。定価は1500万円となってます。
