The reason Tuskegee 101 was removed from operation was what it used for its fire. When it was restored, they coverted it to an oil burner, but the oil they used was printer ink which caused poisinous fumes. They could bring it back but would have to switch it to a coal burner. Commonwealth Edison 5's reason for retiring from IRM I don't know.
