Ha ha obviously NASA owned. All that access to million dollar equipment and other props for a cable show? Hmmmmm, these guys are actors. Funny ones, you notice that. Like they got their punchlines pre written! I say BOO these men.... BOO!

I am not saying that yet again you take an idea, and blow it up until until it isn't what I meant. They didn't share everything, but they did share samples because it helped provide more plausibility the events happened. If someone just hides stuff, some people start to get ideas. And the samples matched. That is impossible if the American samples are fake, and the Soviet ones are real. Also, if Apollo was faked in a studio, why does the dust move like it is in a vacuum?

Mythbusters should be in the comedy channel, not discovery for this lame-ass attempt

Who is saying it wasn't real? the funny thing is that in a cold war environment, you claim the Soviets were sharing everything with the Americans hahaha! I tell you what.. go research a little more and come back.. I will give you time. What details do I dismiss? Apollo 11 1969 is in the running for a belated Tony award

You need to check your facts if you think that the Soviets didn't trade samples with NASA and visa versa. The Soviets did do great science, and many things first, and some the US hasn't ever done, such as a unmanned lunar rover and sample return program. My pointing out the propaganda posters was merely to show that the Cold War, like it or not was real. America also did its own propaganda work. I admire the soviet space effort, but I also like the 'details' you so casually dismiss.

And what precisely makes you say that? Again, you haven't provided any proof why it would be impossible, especially in light of the fact you think the smaller soviet LOK could have landed. If one, why not the other? What made the NASA moon landings impossible, as you seem to claim?

Mythbusters: If you are going to tackle serious issues for the sake of ratings, do your homework first. With that effort you put in this episode, you could prove the sun shines out of George Bush's ass and convince everyone it is possible!

56 kgs right? not even a gram! The soviets wouldn't share their stuff with you so stop trying to make them the bad guys in all of this. For my money, Yuri Gagarin is the real achievement here, the rest is just details

The Apollo 11 mission logic: It's like saying the USA will go to Pluto in 3 weeks time with current 2008 technology! The fallacy! |
