oh, I wouldn't mind watching a bit of your labor - maybe 5 to 7 minutes of labor? I don't know - maybe you're going to post a video of your labor a bit later?

No bother ;) This birth was the hardest of all 3. I had been in intense labor for 12 hours. I think he was in a difficult position, which made it more painful, and i had to work a little harder to push him out. I have over an hour of labor on tape, but it's mostly us talking between contractions, and me moaning/screaming durring which is why i edited it so short.

it was a combination - like how some people grunt while weight lifting etc. but it was also very intense, and it did hurt.
