Mate, he aint asking for help from white people. he is asking for help from his own government. Crime rates are always higher in poorer areas. There are plenty more black familes in poor areas cause all those white familes that have money in their families from the slave days. I guarentee the government whould have acted quicker if this happened to the rich part of manhatten.

Good for Kanye West! Sure, GW Bush didn't cause Hurrican Katrina. Dude, this is probably the best example of unintentional comedy I've seen in modern times. The pacing of it is just absolutely brilliant. Probably the funniest bit Mike Myers has ever been in.
