I am not quite sure myself, but I believe there are normally two workings a day to and from Boulby, as well as the daily(?) trips to and from Skinningrove Iron Works. I have seen potash and steel trains crossing at Crag Hall, which is the one intermediate block post adjacent to Skinningrove. It is quite something to see these long heavy trains climbing up towards Hunt Cliff. Even more something to ride it behind the K1 in May!!
