Built in 1954,this Dash 80 sat in AMARC for years before being restored. It now sits in the Udvar-Hazy Museum in VA. I have great pics. Search tail # N70700. Short drive from Washingto DC. Must see.

Simply awesome, I'm just reading about this very incident in the book "Wide Body" about the 747 project, 'Tex' Johnston I think is his name. Apparently he used to wear a new pair of cowboy boots on maiden test flights, what a legend :-)

a B2 bomber have a flight captian with 2 or 4 thousand hour flight!!! for you became a flight instructor in an airline you have to be more then 5000 in the specific equipment...
i saw a 32 year old guy that was a B2 flight instructor! come on!!
