Um...HEELLLLOOO!!! If mercury has this effect on brain tissue, then can someone explain to me why it's used in such abundance? I have a mercury filling in one of my teeth. I also am prone to frequent memory lapses. I'm only 30. And the first thing a medical nut will say to me is, "Please explain the correlation." This level of human stupidity is the exact reason why diseases such as Alzeimer's run so rampant in our society.

Correct, but seeing as how MOST people have fillings in their teeth, which are made of 40-60% mercury, that doesn't really matter now does it.
There are bigger things in this world to worry about than a little bit of mercury.
