actually he threw that jab wrong, there not suppose to be any rotation. It just shoot forward. What he did was improper technique. This will cause him to get counter all day because we already know the jab is coming based on his shoulder movement.

you're not suppose to twist your shoulder into the punch. The jab suppose to snap forward then return to guard. Only movement is a minor twist of the hips to extend the shoulder forward into the punch to give it power. As you thrust your jab you tuck your chin underneath to protect from the right cross. Also you suppose to move into the punch sorta like a small step.
