Irate Gamer isn't anything more then a copycat, even when Irate Gamer released his first DVD he didn't took away the soundtracks he used in his video, James Rolf said before releasing his first Angry Video Game Nerd DVD that there was gonna be new original soundtracks so they wouldn't put a lawsuit on him for musictheft
