that's so sad... :( Unfortunately the world of prof. sports does not exist without all these injuries :( Just think of Yagudin, how he had to pull his last strength together to become the Olympic champion and retire shortly after. He s had a surgery, and now thanks goodness he s skating again, but he definitely can't do all that amazing jumps he pull of when he was competing..
So, in terms of Jeff's health it's probably the right thing to do to retire..

I love him on ice, he is GRACE and FLOW pure! it does not even matter whether he pulls off his jumps, his skating style, the lines, expression are beautiful!

he is most deffff my absoulute fave skater... PLEASE DON'T RETIRE... YOU'RE AMAZING!!!! and whenhe nailed the last jump... i was so happy!!! so proud of my canadian skaters! i luv himmmm
