Can't apply for it anymore. You can change your type of account to it without applying now, but you won't be able to upload videos longer than 10 minutes....

You can only upload videos longer than 10 minutes if you had a director account back in the day when you had to apply for one. The people who change their account now to one won't be able to do this.

Yeah it's only effective if they're guarding. However, if they stop guarding, they're open for a different combo(such as those repeated sweeps).
