Apparently, Richard is using this word to apply to "balls" or to having the possesion there of in the sense of displaying alot of courage (which the Mafia boss who finds Richard's attempted Robbery as amuzing says about him). Wether or not it's an actually word, slang, or just some gibberish made up by Richard for the sake of entertainment...I really don't know.
