yeah, and they're still charging me OVER 100 BUCKS for a frickin proprietary battery. my Dell laptop now lasts 45 minutes on the battery and ive only had it 17 months. i paid EXTRA for the larger battery AND have been careful to do full cycles. You Suck, DELL!

and besides, this was a commercial for businesses, it was a funny way of showing what products they have. They don't have to advertise to regular customers because when someone says "Computer" most people think of "Dell" |
