The Ticino- and more specifically, Lugano, is on the border of Switzerland and Italy and actually used to be part of the duchy of Milan. Most of the people there speak Italian and the culture, food, architecture is Italian. It's situated between the Italians lakes -Como and Maggiore. I used to live there.:)

how can you possibly speak for someone else and claim they are being funny? I seriously doubt that somebody who has written 'I ain't never seen an orange tree either' has any idea what irony is, let alone has the capacity to be ironic. I am plenty British enough hence why I understand the joke here... whereas 'Norsedivision' does not even understand the concept of double negatives and believed this video!
