I like this song because Cornell is delivering something really new...
I agree with the last part of your comment but I think that's ok if they do it 'cause they have a need to express something or because they want to evolve as artists...but I still questioning myself (I know is Chris' bussiness and Chris' life anyway)if he's really comfortable with this or if he's doing it for the money and if so it would be OK with me.I just hope his not turning into one of the enemies...

I actually like this. Have heard it on the radio alot lately. I don't like Soundgarden much and i can't stand audioslave. That being said i don't like hip hop/rap at all...but i like this song for some reason. It's a bit of a hybrid of the two. I just like the different sound to it.
One thing that always amazes me...everyone expects artists to keep putting out the same music..never wanting them to change. Musicians are real people and look for different ways to express themselves.

Great lyrics, great music. I guess people grow, isn't?. Euphoria Morning's Mission lyrics say "I'm gonna tear all your temples down" and he's making it well. I'm one of those punkymetal-grungy-depressive era fan and I guess I'm still the same. I miss Soundgarden. Audioslave wasn't my favorite rock band. I always think Chris Cornell defy me to feel disappoint about him.He almost succeed it but I always end humming his songs in the top of my head.
