I think "belly savalis" might actually be an oral sex joke, with his belly button as the lips. pretty creepy, but he does say, "i can't hear you, belly savalis" and then pulls out the lollipop (the erection?) and then says "who loves you baby?" definitely the weirdest part of all black books. it almost doesn't belong if it's what i think it is, it's just not the same humour...
