George W. Bush, one of the great douche-bags of our time. When his administration OK'd selling 29 Billion dollars of U.S. treasury bonds to China to pay for the Iraq war, which went to the military industrial complex,I had to laugh. Of course when those bonds mature, U.S. taxpayers will have to pay over a trillion dollars. Now they are giving banks and car makers billions.Rewarding them for stupid business decisions.
