This idea/video is ridiculous. There is not a problem with opening up a new market for faster internet. What will happen? Where there is supply, there is demand. A company will form that provides all web sites with equal coverage, and people who want that in their internet will buy it, taking business away from the other companies. Shut up about your laws, let the market do its work.
