Nobody complains about theater plays being re-made a thousand times, because its been going on since the beginning of time. Because film is relatively new, people are still precious about artists taking influence from other artists, or of people remaking films or ideas. Its no big deal. And its not going to go away any time soon. His work is very fresh and original, despite the obvious influence from previous work which he clearly admits and in fact celebrates.

He doesn't seem to have an ego...at all. Very humble actually. Clearly a genius, but humble none the less. I'm actually surprised, I had never really seen Quentin talk candidly. A riveting interview.

I never understood why some ppl talk about his huge ego. I think there's nothing wrong with someone recognizing and being proud of their strengths. He knows he's good at certain things and he stands by them. No point in being humble about something that's proven

I think Quentin Tarantino is a great director. He makes great movie, but damn, is ego is the size of the fucking Titanic.

QT is the most over-rated director, ever. Tarantino's target audience has always been the 13 to 16 year old male, who are too easily influenced. What's worse, is the way Tarantino uses his charactors to speak his racism for him. It's unfortunate, as Tarantino is also a minority, being homosexual or bisexual or whatever he calls himself these days.

Haha I hardly see what accomplishments, other than an accomplished handle of prose, has to do with this argument. Or rather why you'd be so sore about me dominating you that you'd resort to that line of defence. Please. But no doubt if i can argue you into a corner like this where you resort to pot shots, than i may have very well accomplished more than you. Also, i shall go watch television. On my very accomplished large LCD screen, whilst sitting on my accomplished couch. Haha
