He abused roids, but this should be called the side effects of synthol because he was clearly abusing the stuff which is why his arms were basically ballons and they eventually exploded.

prima di scrivere titoli che nn sono veri informati bene...Gli steroidi non centrano proprio niente con quel video anzi sono tutto l opposto.Le braccia sono cosi gonfie perche greg valentino si inietta synthol un olio lucidante per corpo che rimanendo fra la pelle e il muscolo dentro gonfia le braccia...secondo me tu non sai nemmeno che sono gli steroidi e che effetti hanno...Ti invito di informarti per evitare di scrivere fesserie del genere

its synthol in his arms, its a site enhancing oil that stretches and fill the muscle fascia, he obviously has some form of body dysmorphia to deform his arms that way, its a shame
