Agree 100%, Politeama.
Vivien Leigh was extremely beautifull, and very underated as an actress. Olivier said because she was so beautiful, people focused on that, rather than her stellar acting ability.
But Gone With The Wind, Waterloo Bridge, etc., proove her an amazing actress. So much I wish she could have been opposite Lawrence in Wuthering Heights (1932)!

I quite agree with you "wheneman", Miss Leigh was quite a gorgeous lady probably the best actress of them all. In those years women were happy in being women, they loved men and loved to be pampered by their men. Today's Holywood is quite different, it is as if they want to destroy that beauty that we used to have and admire.

You are a very good judge of beauty. ;) Vivienne Leigh was a beauty, too.

Yes, no botex and no tatoos. The ladies of those years, and specially Miss Garder, were so gorgeous. I can mention also Hedy Lamarr, Kim Novak, Jennifer Jones, Lana Turner,....
