This video made me tear up. Im in the Army and I havent gone overseas yet, but I have lots of friends that are over there right now. I know how proud I am to serve my country, and I wouldnt change a thing. Kudos

Whoever says that the lives spent in Iraq are right - nobody should have to die unnecessarily as it will be a life wasted. Also think about their families and friends, people who will miss them.
But anyone who blames the soldiers are dipshits because it's not the fault of these soldiers - these are just ordinary guys fighting for peace. It's the people in power who got it wrong, the soldiers are just the people who take the fall if something goes wrong.
Remember the British troops as well

In my opinion, that is the most important series of photos from this whole godawful shitty mess.
Journalists are quite happy with taking ugly photos of dead children and civilians, but, before this, I have never seen pictures of marines who have died in combat during this war.
They are fighters for a reason. They are willing to kill and die for their comrades and their country.
