This is a good video with a good explanation, but you should remove the background music. It just muddies up the audio and makes it more difficult to understand the voice over.

I don't think its at all fair writers that writers get the shaft, while the big companies rake in the cash on something they didn't even create. That's America for you. for those who disagree if it werent for writer's and the passion that they have for writting, there wont be anything good for you to see on tv or read about,why shouldnt writers get paid good money for what they write? this year alone i've seen a whole bunch of crappy movies, , and they've never complain about the libary, is unfair that somebody else benefits from their work stupid!!!! that's all.
