Actually syd barret went insane because of the fame and everything that came with it. the lcd probably acted as a catalyst into helping him go insane. also he and his father had a great relationship until syd was 14 and his father died. thats when he started going a lil off the tracks. a very sad story. look into it.

yes. I've been covering Glimour-well Pink Floyd since I was 8 (When I started playing guitar). And I still don't think anyone can truly play the same way. The original greats of guitar are nearly impossible to touch. Clapton, Johnson, Morrison, Gilmour, Page and plenty of others and I know I missed some. The original greats of guitar will never be touched by Generation X in soul or perfect rythmn. We'll have to figure it out on our own.

If you have the chance to go to an Aussie Pink Floyd concert, you will get to see the same light show and graphics... Pink Floyd gave them their videos and sound used in their performances... Aussie Pink Floyd are incredible! |
