I have been a fan since the beginning and this is 'Cindy Ecstacy' - Soft Cell were interviewed on David 'Kid' Jensen radio show back in 80's and I remember they confirmed it was her in the video and that they had to make the video at 6am and that she was unhappy having to wear a bald wig!! It is also documented in Marc Almond's autobigoraphy 'Tainted Life'!

If you read Marc Almond's autobiography 'Tainted Life' it confirms that Cindy Ecstacy did get the band into E and that she was their dealer for a time and about the giggly recording sessions for the 'Untitled' Mambas album on ecstacy and acid!!
