Because it is given for population control and reduction purposes, not tetanus prevention.

This is exactly the question we asked, tetanus toxoid is good for years, not months (3 per pregnancy in Thailand hills) and not needed again in the next pregnancy, but this is why the women often miscarried right after the vaccine. The Thais are monsters like Hitler.
