Hey im thinking about getting the N810 but i need to know some things first. Can you make regular phone calls like in all the other cellphones? Or do you need skype or some other crap? The internet feature seemed a bit laggy . is this true? Does all the features and functions etc make the standby-time shorter?(of course but does it cut it down a lot?)

The best thing about it is that it's Linux. The second best thing about it is that it's not a phone. You don't need to pay a lot of money to tekecommunication companies for using this internet tablet. I m thinking about replacing my laptop with this internet tablet. Just wondering how terminal looks like in it though.

YES IT IS AN INTERNET TABLET, YES YOU CAN MAKE CALLS EVEN VIDEO CALLS!!! I have it, I call other land lines, cell phones, video phones and soft phones (computer), etc. I pay zero cents a minute!
