Just found this!!!
(For those of you really organized folks, most of these protien drinks can be prepared ahead of time or the night before.)

Oh, well the reason i ask is because I go to highschool and I want to take some in the morning, but unless i want to wake the whole family up, i can't use the blender to add all the good stuff. So do you think it would be a good idea to make it a night or two in advance?

The solution is to just put the powder in a shaker cup and bring it with you.....just add water or almond or rice drink to it when you want to drink it!

Can you make protein shakes in advance? Or will it somehow mess with the nutrition? I know if you make creatine and don't drink it within a certain amount of time, some of the good stuff fades away.

protein and creatine are two different things.. protein is essential for all

neither do I! My whole weekly cardio/weight training only takes my 6 hours a week! Your diet stays the same no matter what...5 meals a day with protein at every meal and 5 grams of creatine daily. Cycle the creatine |
