'Very impressive how he captures the oriental feel.' Actually it's not that difficult at all. Simply follow the scale. And copy the formats. If everything was C/Am/F/G it would be a piece of cake, what? Same here. And this holds for all types of music. Of course you have to be versed in music theory to start with. But given that it becomes a walk in the park.

Very impressive how he captures the oriental feel. Another master at this is Chris Franke - his 'Celestine Prophecy' covers a gamut of styles: Oriental, South American, Gregorian chants etc.a masterpiece of soul-stirring music.
