In regards to the Boz Scaggs comment, I've always thought this was a Boz throw away. It is sooooo in the spirit of Silk Degrees.

i saw them in Beaumont, Texas right after Hydra was released. they were riding the wave of success with "99". i loved their first album and wanted to see them perform live. they didn't disappoint. steve lukather and bobby kimball sounded amazing!! But, this has always been one of my favorite Toto tracks...along with "takin' it back" from Toto IV.

Boz Scaggs would have done a good job with this. I know most of Toto played with him, so maybe it goes without saying...

What a groove!! How extremely good they sound at this time... Remeber its early... No backtracks, no overdubs and all the stuff everyone use in todays music. I met them in Sweden -92... They are the greatest guys you ever can imagine. Funny and very humble! Like to see them on the road with David and Steve... And why not both Joseph and Bobby. My favorite band!!!
