i'm very stupid so i just take the paper off and saw that thing from the edge (very, super, mega dangerous!!! but fast) but the safest way would be to wet it and make it and break it down than dry it. PS: the thin black colored powder at the top has the fastest burning rate and the gray part is the slowest.
