im not supporting the iraq war in any way im a pacifist
but the main reason for spikes in the number of lies is because thats when they where talking about the war most during key events
for example as we entered the iraq war every mp would be giving out a speach in which they would be counting lies so obviosly theres going to be more lies there when theyre talking than when there not
to get a stable ratio you should do number of talks divided by lies x 100 to get percentage lies lol
